Single Unit Low Cost Smart Hybrid Solar Inverter with In-built Battery Design Innovation of Inverter:- This innovation involves both Inverter and Batteries to be put into a Single Unit Package with design intervention of both Inverter and Battery Outer-casing of Inverter being designed to replace high cost ABS material by low cost metallic body with powder coating (Look alike of High quality ABS material). Internally, heat insulation shall be incorporated in order to arrest heat radiation towards upper part of Outer-casing of Inverter. IGBT design and proper cooling system will be in place to achieve 99% inverter conversion efficiency. Technology Innovation of Inverter:- Technology optimization in device switch will be in place. These are defined as follows The device has new features like touch switch,viz. fastening and interlocking the outer electrical fittings such as switches, mains cord, fuses, sockets, Stainless steel heat sink and the battery inputs(LCD Display mode touch switch). which is not available with the market competitors with user friendly attributes. Touch switch. Fastening and interlocking the outer electrical fittings with PUSH Fit system. Switches(LCD Display mode touch switch), mains cord( Fortified with FRP inner-casing), fuses(Extricable), sockets, and the battery inputs. Stainless steel heat sink replaces Aluminium heat sinks in order to avoid voltage drop. One of the key features of the device is that, the user can do minor maintenance (like replacing Fuses) all by himself/herself as all the Fittings are PUSH Fit. Hence the device should not only be easy to use, but easy to maintain/ repair also. A small display would assist the user during the process. Design Innovation of Battery:- It will be so designed that Inverter and Battery will be incorporated into a single unit package. Battery size will be reduced to be accommodated into a single unit package. Battery will be charged internally with connectivity between outputs of inverter to input of battery enabling to store power in the battery. Microcontroller with in-built generator control systems advanced monitoring capabilities. How is it different from the existing similar products in the market? Mostly, employment would be generated in and out. Internal employment for technically skilled personnel would be carried out through proper recruitments from various ITIs and Engineering colleges. Our target for internal employment in the first year is 20 nos of skilled personnel and 30 nos of Non-skilled personnel. As far as indirect or outside employment is concerned, we shall set-up franchise office for marketing network across Orissa and India. In turn, employment turn-over can reach upto 500 in first year. Post sales service office can also be taken up by skilled personnel in various Blocks and district level to cater to the need of Customers, thereby another 400 nos of personnel can be employed.
