To achieve this, real estate businesses will need to implement some of the main real estate tech trends such as virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence (AI) and the internet of things (IoT). The New construction technologies which can be used are BIM, drones, modular construction, AI, Digital Twins, blockchain technology, virtual and augmented reality, 4D simulations, 3D printing and more.
