Suvira Innovations Private Limited is established by 3 women Entrepreneurs in the year 2018. Its might be the first 100% Women Entrepreneurs Owned Company in Indian Market in the Mechnical Engineering Designing and Manufacturing Field. (i) Suvira Innovations Private Limited enters in the field of Heat Transfer Technology field with a clear aim to develop Heat Transfer Equipment to re- utilize the waste Heat and contribute in Energy Conservation. The Aim is to optimize the efficiency of Process Plants , Power Plant by replacing the traditional / old Technology Heat Transfer Equipment with latest optimize design Heat Transfer Equipments. Suvira Innovations Private Limited’s operational field is based on followings : (ii) Energy Conservation : By Designing and Developing high efficiency Heat Transfer Equipment and utilizing it in Heat Recovery System, the waste Heat can be re- utilize and contribute in Energy Conservation. (iii) Water Conservation : Another biggest problem not only in India World Wide is scarcity of Water. Hence, Water Conservation or minimize the uses of Water in Power Plants, Process Plant and Refineries is very essential. • Designing and Development of Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, which may replace the Water Cooled Heat Exchanger to greater extent and minimize the uses of Precious Water in Plants. • Suvira Innovations Private Ltd., Designed and Develop Dry Cooling Towers to replace Water Cooled Cooling Towers of Power Plants, Process Plants and Refineries. (iv) Environment Conservation : Many plants specially Coal Based Power Plant having problems of Coal/ Ash Dust , which is spreading in Plant and adjoining area Atmosphere increasing the Dust Particle percentage in the Atmosphere and polluting the Air. To undertake this situation Suvira Innovations Pvt. Ltd. develops a Special Enquipments , namely Mist Curtaining. This Mist Curtaining equipment pump out small quantity of Water mixed with Air in high velocity and forming a Mist Curtain which Suppress the Ash/ Coal Dust Particles and prevent it to spread in Atmosphere and contribute in keeping the Environment clean. Suvira Innovations Private Limited is supported by well experience technocrats of Industry having vast experience in the field of Heat Transfer Equipment Designing. Both Thermal and Mechanical Designing field expertise is available with Company. ACHIEVEMENTS In a short span of 1 year working Suvira Innovations Private Limited already established name in the Industry. Suvira Innovations Private Limited directly took an job of upgrading a Old Surface Condenser of Captive Power Plant of Alok Ferro Alloys Ltd. Successfully Designed a new high efficient Surface Condenser with latest design and enhanced capacity, manufactured , tested, installed at Alok Ferro Alloys Plant in Raipur. Suvira Innovations Private Limited contributes in saving Foreign Exchange by developing Import Substitute Equipments. In recent back Designed and carried out reverse Engineering and indigenously developed substitute of European make Compressor Cooler for Universal Engineering Industries for their Project in Rastriya Chemical and Fertilizer Ltd, Chembur. The Equipment is successfully installed and commissioned and is working satisfactorily. Suvira Innovations Private Limited undertaken a job of Refurbishment of Old Generator Coolers of Noble Tech Industries, Chennai and successfully carried out the job and the Refurbished Coolers are successfully Tested and supplied to Customer. Suvira Innovations Private Limited recently receive an Order from North East Electric Power Company for supply of Modified Designed Generator Turbine Oil Cooler. The Khandong Power Plant of North East Electric Power Company is facing frequent leakage problem in Generator Transformer Cooler. Suvira Innovations Private Limited had offered a new designed Cooler with new metallurgy to eliminate the frequent failure problem of Generator Turbine Oil Cooler. The Objective of Suvira Innovations Private Limited is not only to be a renowned name in Indian Industries but to establish MAKE IN INDIA brand world wide.
