Dial-a-meal founded in the Year 1998, started Services with 6 Restaurants. It is amongst the First 2-3 Food Delivery Services Company in India – almost a decade and half before the Food Tech Effervescence that started in the Year 2013-14. In the Year 2013, Suxes Hospitality Solutions Private Limited took over the entire business which inter-alia includes Management and Operations along with the Trade Mark – Brand, with an intention to grow the business and take it to a Pan-INDIA Level. Dial-a-meal is the only food delivery service that is operational 24*7 in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Dial-a-meal provides an efficient mechanism to provide multi-channel ordering and home delivery services from restaurants (across the spectrum – popular, specialty and fine dining) and outlets to end users in reasonable timelines in a profitable manner, which does not hit the end users pocket excessively.
