Produces harmful gases Expensive to operate Leaves useless ASH as residue OUR PROPOSAL Through our start-up, we intend to INTRODUCE A NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR PROCESSING and DISPOSAL OF UNSORTED MSW including PLASTICS (Hyperbaric Thermal Hydrolysis) # This Technology is being introduced FOR THE FIRST TIME IN INDIA -Patented HTH Technology processes UNSORTED MSW INCLUDING PLASTICS -It COOKS and DOES NOT BURN MSW. -Requires 1/10th capex, 1/2 of opex compared to WTE plants -Generates valuable co-products namely -Renewable Energy - Electricity – 14 ~ 20 MWH (optional) -BIOGAS -BIO-FUEL (Liquified biomethane with 99% purity) -Pyrolysis OIL, Diesel -Protein -Cattlefeed -Bio-fertilizer -Significantly reduced Gas emissions -Develops micro-enterprises for contract farming WE HAVE AN MOU WITH THE PATENT HOLDERS AND MANUFACTURERS OF THE TECHNOLOGY-JAPAN To tie-up with Municipal Corporations and Investors for INTRODUCTION AND OPERATIONS IN INDIA.
