SWAPECO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
South East Delhi, Delhi
In their own words
ScrapUncle (formerly Swapeco) is a digital platform (App/Web) that enables users (households/enterprises) to dispose of their Recyclables (Paper, Plastics, Metals, E-waste, etc.) in a responsible & rewarding manner. Users can simply schedule a doorstep pickup for their recyclables & get paid. In India, Households & Enterprises sell off their recyclables to traditional recyclable waste buyers (called "Kabadiwalas"). The Recycling industry is dominated by these informal waste buyers and people face various problems (lack of on-demand collection service, unregulated rates, cheating in weight measurement, offline transactions, etc.) while dealing with them. We are trying to solve the current challenges of the sector through our tech-enabled platform. The pickup orders received on our platform are executed by our trained & verified collection partners and the material collected by them is further sent to respective authorized recyclers.
