The construction Industry in India is expected to reach $1.4 Tn by 2025. This is post Covid-19 pandemic that this industry is growing and has all potential to grow further more due to all types of construction projects going on a war footing basis across INDIA. Cities Driving Growth - Urban population to contribute 75% of GDP (63% present), and 68 cities will have a population of more than 1 Mn. Pune is one of them. If we focus on Pune & Maharashtra there are ample of opportunities are created and would continue to be created further as the projects like Metro Railways, Flyovers, Highways, Airports are going on. Also, there are Mining Industry in parts of Maharashtra & Goa who are using most of the constructions machineries and equipment. The construction industry market in India works across 250 sub-sectors with linkages across sectors. The industry is fragmented, with a handful of major companies involved in the construction activities across all segments; medium-sized companies specializing in niche activities; and small and medium contractors who work on the subcontractor basis and carry out the work in the field. So, in our XYZ Pvt Ltd we are focusing on to support this industry by supplying the essential Hydraulic Hose Pipe Assemblies and Accessories etc. Right now, we can start with to supply the retailers and wholesalers, moving on later we’ll be targeting to supply our products to OEE’s like JCB, SANY, Hyundai, Cummins, TATA, BAJAJ etc. We are very proud to introduce ourselves as a project base company in Hydraulic, Pneumatics & Lubrication piping work & also in maintenance reconditioning work & modification. We have identified the necessary machinery like Hose Crimping machine, Hose cutting machine & Hose Skiving machine. Also, identified the good sources for Hydraulic hose pipes and Hydraulic fittings. With the help of these facilities we are planning to do hose pipe (Rubber, Teflon & PVC) crimped assemblies sizes from Hose ID ¼” to 2” and later up-to 4”. For this purpose we’ve also identified the well experienced and skilled man power. We aim to build the state-of-the-art modern/innovative production facility/unit for this purpose with all latest AUTOMATION in the industry for below processes: • Bar Code Scanner technology or Integrated System to run the desired production program, • Hose Pipe length measurement, • Hose Pipe Cutting as per the desired program, • Hose pipe cleaning, • Automatic Hose Pipe Size selection, • Automatic assembly of Hose Pipes with the correct fitting size, • Auto Loading of the Hose Pipe Assemblies on the crimping machine, • Auto Running the desired program on Hose Pipe Crimping machine, (with facilities for pressure measurements, production reports etc.) • Unloading/Storage of the hose pipes, batch production without manual interference, • Product identification by using CNC Laser Marking Machine, • AUTO grouping of the hose pipe assemblies as per the SET requirements, During the second phase of this development, we would like to develop an app (mobile application) based services which can give support to the users in the industry on field by creating Mobile Vans, having facilities for Hose Crimping, Hose cutting & Hose Skiving available inside.
