This allows customers to focus more on their own businesses than worrying about Information Technology Infrastructure, service availability, changing function requirements, user scalability etc. Customers need to just pay subscription fees as they go, on monthly or yearly basis. Software as a Service (Saas) model will help tremendously in software change management and changes will be readily available even before customer sees the need of change like changes in statutory requirements, taxation requirements etc. Both we as a Company and Customer will be benefited with Software as a Service (Saas) model.
