SYFT (Skilled Youth for Tomorrow) Learn & Excel Pvt. Ltd. is an education-focused start-up based in Bhubaneswar, India incorporated on 23.02.2018. Our mission is to train our youth to make them skilled enough to shoulder the responsibilities of tomorrow’s world most efficiently and ethically. Presently we provide effective and personalized solutions for students appearing for national level tests for recruitment in banks, railways and other government jobs. We also offer online and offline course for students appearing for NEET examination for pursuing medical science in important institutions in India. Initially SYFT covers the prescribed syllabi comprehensively providing the contents in a digital learning platform. The link is: https://www.syft.in. The lessons, topics, quizzes are arranged as self-scoring through pie chart and practiced through video lessons and mock tests. Many of our youths are not employable due to lack of relevant skills. Majority of them do not possess appropriate communication and presentation skills, which are extremely important to make them employable. Considering rural economic growth and financial inclusion requirement of India, vis-a-vis Odisha we feel the positive impact of Micro Finance sector and economic opportunities in ground level. In our country transformation of Microfinance Institutions is inevitable. We have unemployed youth of high order. We can exploit this segment by imparting training and creating opportunity to transform them employable. Financial needs of unbaked area, saving and lending still a matter of concern in rural area and have a positive impact on financial inclusion. Skilled resources in micro finance companies are not available, whereas the future demand is huge. As Micro finance is a human centric domain, the skilled and dedicated resources are the main keys. Therefore, they are always on demand. The pre-requisite are interpersonal skill, Micro finance Operational knowledge, knowledge of Technology, Accounts and Finance. We have decided to establish SYFT School of Micro Finance Training initially. After successful product delivery skill and entrepreneurship training courses for unemployed youth must be initiated. We have to provide training in areas of finance, banking and micro finance creating high-end hubs/Labs through massively open of online courses (MOOCS). We also aspire to promote cultural, artistic and social activities among the students and youth for their all-round skill development. Our target customers are under graduates, graduate and master degree students who are aspiring for competitive exams and interested to enhance their skills through online education and offline training. Our Management team members are comprised of several highly experienced individuals with many years of job experiences and teaching experiences in related field.
