With experience in highly specialty & fine chemicals, we have been able to develop at pilot lab level , a new age EV battery electrolyte based on IONIC Liquids. Traditionally, most EV batteries use Sulphuric Acid as the main electrolyte since years & now with the growth of EV’s worldwide, the need of the hour is to get better & much more efficient electrolytes. These new IONIC or DES based electrolytes are proven to be the best replacement considering climate condition (heat) , better battery life cycle which nearly jumps up by 3 times, the ability to hold more charge for longer periods and more importantly its cost factor matches the current market needs. We are already in talks with large Power storage battery users and EV Battery manufacturers to run pilot tests and tied up with RUCHIRA GREEN POWER for extensive Testing & Validation in real world scenarios. We are also in talks with a company, in which Reliance Industries Ltd., has recently acquired a 51% equity stake for Rs. 1,700 crores as they have already validated this new electrolyte replacement based on IONIC Liquids. Our talks are to commercialize this by Dec 2022 and how to meet these goals with their technical support. Backed by their long experience of producing and marketing highly specialized chemicals, we have at pilot scale developed new-age electrolytes based on ionic liquids for use in Lithium-ion, Aluminum-ion & Zinc-ion rechargeable batteries in a cost effective manner. These new age electrolytes will replace the presently used Sulphuric Acid as they are safer, last longer and have a higher energy density. With adequate funding, we can be in commercial production & with equipment upgradation at our existing manufacturing facility within 8-9 months along with testing and validation. Many start-ups have come-up recently for production of EV batteries but almost none for production of new-age electrolytes for use in such EV Batteries. We plan to even offer end to end solution by offering fully built EV batteries with this new age IONIC Liquid electrolyte. With almost no competition worldwide , cost-wise right now, we could be the first movers in the category & proudly state “MADE IN INDIA”
