Our Business profile is 1. Food production and supply does not always tally with the demand or meets of the people. Foods are perishable and semi-perishable like juicy fruits, vegetables, mangoes, tomato, papaya and many more, which very quickly gets spoilt. 2. Food preservation facilities (Cold storage) is available but not enough to manage the current production and Supply rate and is very expensive to setup the infrastructure. Not always feasible for a farmer. 3. Objective of the startup is to create a scalable model where an individual farmer or a group of farmers will setup the end-to-end food preservation mechanism with a very less cost and preserve the food for a longer duration (30+ years) without any cold storage and without impacting the original characteristics of the product, including Color, Form, Taste, Texture & Nutrients
