Innovation: Service innovation: Our proposal is to provide the complete portfolio of services to start ups and guide them through the journey from getting product ideas to a stage where they are able to stand on their own. Our services would include performing due diligence on their ideas, helping them set up their units, obtain initial seed capital, professionalize their operations, make process improvements where necessary, provide functional support in specific areas such as HR and marketing. And, eventually, facilitate their entry into the IPO market. Such a diverse range of services under one roof is an innovative approach to addressing the typical problems faced by start ups. Product Innovation: Our team of technologists is constantly scanning the technology landscape to identify gaps which can be addressed by low-cost product solutions customized for the small and medium enterprises . We have identified a number of them including a cloud based ERP solution for small scale manufacturing units and an IOT solution for farmers engaged in organic farming. These are innovations that would make a big impact on SMEs. Improvement All our services and product ideas will improve on existing processes and make them nore responsive to market conditions. Scalability: With the encouragement being given to start ups, low cost manufacturing and organic farming, we will be able to quickly scale our business and serve more and more start up entrepreneurs and farmers.
