When we started the shop, a year ago, there were a lot of shortcomings in the planning, distribution and fulfillment of goods' requirements of locals in local ecosystems. With there not being any easy and single solution for a truly hyper-local multi-vendor marketplace, as a result, locals ended up either having to pay a lot due to placing multiple orders via multiple aggregators as well as local commute services like auto-rickshaws or having to go visit multiple vendors and end up spending relatively more time, without knowledge of the availability of their required products at the Vendor, or having to wait for days after ordering from certain top e-commerce sites.
