Our startup is a fully integrated real estate and infrastructure solutions company focused on the acquisition, development, and management of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. We engage in the end-to-end development of real estate assets, including land acquisition, planning, design, construction, and maintenance of projects such as villas, gated communities, townships, malls, office buildings, hotels, warehouses, and more. We also actively pursue joint ventures and strategic collaborations with private enterprises and government bodies to undertake large-scale real estate projects across India. In addition to development, the company offers specialized project management and multi-disciplinary design consultancy services across civil engineering, interior, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), air conditioning, fire detection and safety systems, acoustics, ergonomics, and allied technical domains. Our integrated consultancy division provides expert guidance on space optimization, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Our real estate advisory and brokerage division helps corporates and institutions with the leasing, acquisition, and management of office, industrial, and retail spaces. This includes customized workplace solutions, site selection strategy, transaction management, and portfolio optimization.
