To carry on in India and Abroad either alone or jointly in Partnership, Collaboration, or any other method of business arrangement with any other Firms, Persons or Companies in India or Abroad the business as builders, developers, constructors, re-builders, re-constructors, contractors, sub-contractors, government or semi government contractors, construction of residential and commercial premises of all kinds, consolidating, connecting and sub-dividing immovable property and by letting and disposing and disposing of the same either by ways of sale or Lease and act as erectors of prefabricated concrete buildings and to establish, maintain, conduct and carry on business of estates owners, dealers, agents, developers and consultants and to acquire either by way of outright purchase or lease or development agreement lands with or without construction by consolidation or by sub division of properties, building and structures, houses or other related properties for any tenure and any interest of rights connected therein for construction investment or resale purpose and to acquire erect sell and deal in freehold and leasehold properties or any right or interest connected therein and generally to deal by way of sale, lease, exchange, mortgage or otherwise of land or property and immoveable property in India and Abroad.
