The human form of life is a special one, out of the 84 Lakh species its the only one in which we can actually hear and understand and serve the supreme lord. The supreme lord has 3 potencies: Para, Apara and Taṭasthā. Para refers to lords Spiritual Energy. Its the superior energy. Apara refers to lords Material energy. Its the inferior energy. Taṭasthā refers to lords Marginal Potencies-We, the Jivas are referred to as Lords Marginal Potencies. The Jivas have the choice to be under the care of Spiritual or Material Energies. When we are under the care of material energy then we are in illusion: we suffer from various problems including the cycle of birth, old age, diseases and death. The material world is compared to the ocean. when we are in material-ocean waves have to come. There is no possibility of a stable residence in ocean. In material world everything is temporary. Thus one must shift from material consciousness to spiritual consciousness. The spiritual world is stable like land. we are under constant care and supervision of the supreme lord. We humans are in Taṭasthā (sea bed), and we have to make a conscious decision of making a stable residence in Spiritual world or keep suffering in the ocean of material world. Hence, The goal of Taṭasthā Realtors is to provide Stable Residences. The purpose of a home is to give you stability in life and make you think about this special gift called Life!
