The company shall undertake space planning, layout designing, renovation, remodeling, and refurbishment, and execute all types of interior works to enhance functionality and aesthetics. It shall design, manufacture, assemble, trade, buy, sell, supply, install, import, and export furniture, fixtures, furnishings, fittings, décor items, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, flooring, lighting systems, wall treatments, and all other interior-related materials and products. The company shall also provide consultancy, project coordination, supervision, and management services in connection with interior design and decoration projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion. Further, it shall undertake and execute contracts and assignments for individuals, firms, companies, government bodies, developers, and other institutions in relation to interior designing and allied activities. The company may engage in all such other lawful activities as are incidental or ancillary to the attainment of the above objects, including expansion of services, adoption of new technologies, collaborations, and business opportunities, both within India and internationally, in order to promote and develop its business in the field of interior design and related sectors.
