We welcome all of you, on behalf of Tatvamasi research Private limited. We have developed a prototype for a modified Industrial Gas Scrubber. Our Aim is to prepare a gas scrubber that is effective to scrub all the harmful gases like HCl, SO2, NOx responsible for acid rain, gas like CO2 responsible for the Greenhouse effect as well as volatile organic compound simultaneously. As a further scope of this device, we want to make this model the most effective having (1) the best scrubbing efficiency as well as (2) improved energy efficiency compared to the traditional scrubbers. Further, We want to increase the economy of routine operational costs. We have designed a prototype of modified Industrial air scrubber. In our Prototype (i.e. Industrial air scrubber), there is an improvement in the traditionally known design of marketed scrubbers by using the novel chemical as well as mechanical processes. We have provided an additional assembly that can produce Reactant back from Waste Products by chemical recycling. Due to some of the modifications in the design of traditional scrubber, (1) the excellent air scrubbing efficiency, as well as (2) improved energy efficiency are the best features of our prototype in the entire category of scrubbers. Further, Additional assembly helps to reduce the amount of (1) reactant used, (2) total water used as well as (3) total polluted waste water produced during the scrubbing operations as compared to the entire category of wet scrubbers. In this way, the economy of routine operational costs is increased. Due to the heavy air pollution in the Metro cities, in future, the new laws to control Air Pollution will become more & more stringent regarding the quality of flue gas from the industries not only in our country but also across the globe. So, the demand for the Modified Industrial Air Scrubber will be increased.
