The Tea Heaven brings the whole new level of tea experience to the Europeans and Indians by solving problems in the existing Indian Tea industry and representing as the only “Made in India- Premium Tea brand” abroad to provide the freshest teas from India. The company procures tea directly from the tea gardens instead of the auctions. The purchase from the tea auctions goes through the tedious process, which takes up to 4 to 6 months, losing the colour, aroma and taste of the tea. We are in touch with the gardens to get freshly produced tea immediately to the market. After the back and forth process of tea testing by our tea testing expert, the Premium teas are selected which are directly brought down to cold stores from the tea factories in Assam and Darjeeling. The tea is stored in the cold stores to protect the aroma and freshness of each variant of tea. The tea at The Tea Heaven tea is packed in the pyramid- spaced muslin Tea bags giving the space for the whole leaf to brew completely in the hot water and provide the whole extract benefit from the tea. On top of that, these tea bags would be packed in small outer pouches, which would be flushed with nitrogen to protect the product from moisture, heat. This would save the freshness of the tea likewise in the other food products: Chips, snacks. Targeting the 21st century’s daily consumer health, the blends are made with Indian herbs, spices, and flowers to help with problems such as insomnia, digestion, stress, etc. Through our online retail store, the customers have a choice to buy tea from variant types of tea: Green, Black, Oolong, White, Darjeeling, and Tisanes. The teas are separated based on the problem to help consumers choose to depend on the same. A monthly subscription plan to try different blends of tea is given on the store for consumers to explore. Our e-commerce will be a one-stop destination for Europeans tea lovers who would even receive Premium Teas directly from India. We would also educate the customer about the benefits of whole leaf tea, caffeine content, taste, aroma, brewing method, the average number of cups to be consumed in a day, tea gardens. Our mission is to give an enjoyable and healthy experience, imparting the unique aroma and flavour into each sip. The Tea Heaven - created and crafted with a focus on each small step from procurement to delivery. -procurement: directly from the gardens, no middlemen involved, farm to cup, auctions omit,save time, preserves the freshness of the tea, true flavour, best tea experience through this teacup, only whole leaf tea, from the best gardens - Darjeeling- Margaret's hope, castleton, gopaldhara, glen burn, rohini(young garden), barnesbeg, gardens of jayshree, jungpana, CTC- halmari, etc. The selection of tea is made by the tea expert with an experience of tea tasting and blending of 35 years, belonging to the family with a background of 7 decades in the tea business. - storage of the raw material in the cold store to protect the quality of the tea - packaging: packaged in specially designed food grade tin containers to protect the tea from its enemies like moisture, heat, light, etc. It enhances the shelf value of the tea and improves the flavour of each cup. The tea leaves are sorted manually. Each box goes through the eyes of an expert to ensure the quality of tea and its packaging. Protecting the environment, each product used for packaging is either reusable or biodegradable. Also, the whole tea leaves are kept intact in their place to protect its flavour and form by using revolutionised technology. This ensures that your tea tastes the same until the very last cup.
