We are a team from IIT Delhi working in the technical hiring domain. The problem which we are trying to solve is multifold: 1. Covid and Remote working has allowed companies to hire globally and develop diverse teams but that has increased challenges in sourcing and screening right candidates basis job roles. 2. There is a problem with resume based hiring because historically it has led to unconscious biases related to candidates and resume is not a good indicator of on-job performance TechCurators fits perfectly with this rapidly changing environment with a platform that removes barriers and biases, and enables companies to find the people who are the very best match for a role wherever they are. We have enabled more than 10,000 freelancers (Subject Matter Experts, Content Writers, Website Developers) across India to earn daily income by working with us. We aim to disrupt the gig economy space by giving opportunities to 1 Lakh+ freelancers to work and earn with us in the next 3 years.
