[0019] The present invention relates to a real time accident detection and alarm generation system. The proposed system acts as accident detection and alerting that collects all the information and sends it to the close person or anyone whose number the driver has assigned so that medical assistances assured fast to the victims. [0020] The preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises of arduino for controlling entire the procedure with a GPS receiver and GSM module; GPS receiver for identifying directions of the vehicle; and GSM module for sending the ready SMS with the directions and the connection to Google Map, Vibration Sensors, LCD’s, Accelerometer, Crystal Oscillator, Resistors, Capacitors, Transistors, Cables & Connectors, Diodes , LED’s , Adapter ,Push Button, DC Motor, Motor Drive IC , Voltage Regulator IC and IC Socket. [0021] The Arduino is utilized for controlling entire the procedure with a GPS Receiver and GSM module. GPS Receiver is utilized for identifying directions of the vehicle. GSM module is utilized for sending the ready SMS with the directions and the connection to Google Map. [0022] As shown in Figure 1 of sheet 1, the accelerometer is used in a car alarm application with the goal that risky driving can be distinguished. It can be utilized as a crash or rollover identifier of the vehicle amid and after a crash. With signals from an accelerometer, a severe accident can be recognized. When the vehicle meets with an accident immediately Vibration sensor will detect the signal or if a car rolls over and informs microcontroller. Now the microcontroller sends this change detection signal to the GSM module. The GSM module now intern begins transmitting this accident data along with the exact position of victim through Google maps link. The concern person can immediately trace the location through the GPS MODEM. And the person can immediately help the victim who has met with the accident with getting exact location of victim. [0023] An accelerometer is mounted to collect the driving speed information of the vehicle. It detects the drastic change in the speed and used this signal for the detection of accident. The vibration sensor collects the signal on vehicle accidents or crash events and transmits the signal to microcontroller. The microcontroller received the change detection and vibration information. Then the microcontroller transmits the received information towards the GSM module. The GSM modules on receipt of vehicular accident information start sending the accident alert information using GPS. The GSM also exploit the GPS framework to fetch the exact location of the accident occurred and also exploit to get the nearby vehicles locations. The GSM sends the accident alert message to all discovered nearby locations with the location of accident. Thus on receipt of accident message with its location, nearby persons trace the accident location using GPS modem.
