TerraMoto is a start-up that plans to provide an e-bike rental network across Mumbai to make commuting easier and hassle free for every day public transport users especially metro and railway users. TerraMoto aims to reduce emissions by introducing a customer focused service that not only aids the transport and travel markets but also integrates an environmentally friendly and sustainable approach within the system. TerraMoto plans on starting with a 100 rental bikes in key high traffic areas along with the introduction of mobile application and prepaid travel card, that will allow customers to rent and use the bikes in an easy and efficient manner. The company strategy over the next 3 years is dedicated to expanding this rental network across Mumbai and have 500 rental e-bikes available for our customers. The rental vehicle industry is adapting to the modern era of technology and TerraMoto aims to be a front-runner in this aspect as the company’s main focus and strength will be to make sure that the rental process is simple and convenient for the customer. For this the company plans to work with the suitable technical and ethical standards with a focus on customer satisfaction and product delivery.
