Testmandi provides a solution to recruiters to conduct online assessment where people can actually write code and the code then gets evaluated on multiple parameters such as complex test cases,memory usage, code efficiency handling all the constraints that it is required to handle. Through a common platform, multiple programmers can be evaluated and people with the best skillset can be identified.Testmandi is envisioning to be leading skill assessment platform in mobile platform which leverage Gamified testing experience. i)Testmandi for Corporate: We reach out to various companies globally and help them in assessment of candidates. We are planning to charge per invitation instead of test type. Also we are planning to earn from conduction competitions, job contests and giving campus intelligence to companies. ii) Testmandi for Developer/Student Community: This is mostly non profit but sometimes we ask companies to sponsor the events or conduct contests. Companies can post job in our portal(Initially free) and later we can charge them for successful hire. iii) Testmandi for Education: Paid courses on problem solving and doubt clearing sessions conducted by professional(Developers). However we will give scholarship/free courses for students.
