(TexB Texi Private Limited) - Since last 4 years, I wanted to get into taxi aggregator business like Uber, Ola, Rapido, Jugnoo. Due to some personal reasons i couldn’t start that early but in this 4 years I constantly kept thinking about this business and doing random calculations. This year on 26 September I decided to start this business anyhow.Problem 1 : While there are many companies like Uber, Ola, Rapido, etc. which all are eventually serving the same thing where they charge some commission from drivers when they get a ride from respective platform. Now this commission varies from 20% to 40%, also while speaking to some of the local drivers they mentioned “Uber Sometimes Takes 50% Of Our Total Fare” and this is true, I have also experienced some scenarios where driver is shown some different fare and I have paid 2x fair shown to driver. Where driver knowingly continues to be part of this commission game as they have no other alternative to switch and now the society is used to this types of serviceProblem 2: Where now a days everyone is paying through online modes and companies in order to get better commission portion Companies also give offers to customers paying through online mode in this case the total amount 1st goes to companies and then transferred to drivers wallet and then withdrawn to drivers bank account. Whole this process is delayed and some times payments are stopped in form of some penalties to drivers Problems Faced By Customers : Difference in fares while ride completion - When taking a ride Customer is shown some different ride and after completing that ride customer is paying some different fare where difference is very high Eg - I took a cab, when booking it showed 390 Rs for Cab (Note- From which driver will be getting 342 Rs) and after completing ride I paid 632 Rs (After completing ride also driver was getting only 342 Rs). This is the major problem faced by customer but after completing ride customer cant deny to pay as company policies. Other problems like - Delayed Ride Booking, Ride Cancelled After Booking, Payments, Driver not Accepting ride on ride, etc.For all this Problems We came up with a solution which is commission less model, Where drivers just have to Re-Charge in application like we do for a sim card (Recharge cost are as minimal as 199 Rs, 299 Rs Respectively Including Taxes) after that no need to pay anything to us.
