India is home to more than 250 million young individuals, one of the largest youth populations in the world. As these students complete school and enter a globally competitive workforce, there is a booming opportunity for increasing productivity by developing transferable skills and holistic personality development along with providing new avenues. Golf provides the opportunity to achieve this and more. The mental, physical and social skill development that Golf fosters is vital for individuals at a personal level as well as for the country at the national and international level. Our program targets pre-existing roadblocks that have hindered the largescale adoption of this sport through the country. The implementation of the program focusses on increasing affordability, accessibility of resources and quality of available facilities. Within the coming years, the program is designed to cater to an approximate student base of 100,000 students across 750 schools across the country. There are countless research studies that support that skill-based, structured and adult-guided activities significantly improve young student’s chances of success over the year. This includes their performance in school, academically and in the work-place, professionally for the years to come.
