Currently, the organization operates through its clinic and working office in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, with its registered head office located at Plot No. 19A, Kh. No. 84, Chakk Malhaur, Chinhat, Lucknow. At present, The Blissful Station provides offline and online counseling, therapy services, mental health assessments, internships, professional training, and multidisciplinary mental healthcare support through collaborations with psychologists and psychiatrists. The organization also conducts school mental health awareness and wellness programs based on the WHO-aligned Promotion, Prevention, and Early Intervention (PPEI) model, focusing on emotional wellness, life skills, suicide prevention, and early identification of mental health concerns. In addition to its current services, The Blissful Station is developing an AI-powered SaaS-based mental health platform that will connect individuals with qualified and ethical psychologists and counselors for both online and offline mental healthcare services. The platform aims to improve accessibility, transparency, continuity of care, and quality assurance by verifying practitioner credentials, promoting evidence-based practices, and supporting AI-assisted early identification and referral systems. The vision of The Blissful Station is to build a scalable and sustainable mental health ecosystem in India that integrates clinical excellence, preventive mental healthcare, community awareness, and technology-enabled access to qualified mental health professionals.
