The Hyphen is a social enterprise which channelizes the creativity, talent and skills of the youth to bring out meaningful social change in communities, country and the planet. Driven by the mission of building a strong cadre of purpose-driven youth for social impact, The Hyphen promotes youth-led and youth-focused initiatives, in partnership with committed corporate, civil society organizations and government agencies, to create awareness around social issues and bring the desired behavioural change among people. Through our diverse initiatives, The Hyphen nurtures the talent and passion of the youth and directs them towards social causes. We, thus, see the youth as a benefactor, and not just a beneficiary. The Hyphen is geography and theme agnostic and undertakes campaigns, projects and initiatives across themes such as environment, health, education, skill development and livelihoods, among others. Our core competence lies in our ability to conceptualize high-impact campaigns run by talented youngsters and our ability to bring on board diverse stakeholders from corporate, foundations, civil society institutions, sector experts, government and media agencies to give the desired push to the initiative and use the power of collaboration to bring meaningful social change. The Hyphen keeps purpose over profits in all its initiatives and aims to be a humane organization, driven by passion and purpose, valued by stakeholders not only for the impact created by its initiatives but also for its strong work culture
