We are developing Training modules in Virtual Reality (VR) that can be used for imparting quality education and vocational training at Industrial Training Institutes and Employment Centres. Our product (Training modules) developed with interactive capabilities and engaging content will we installed at partner institutes. The innovation comes in the way we create content and way it is delivered. Training has so far relied on traditional delivery mechanisms such as classroom, online videos/ lectures, limited industrial visits, and limited opportunities for on-the-job training. Our training modules will improve the scope of industrial visits (virtual tours of factory floors, high risk jobs and operations) and the use of complex machines and tools. Virtual tours of factory floors and complex operations will address Logistical and Financial challenges involved in visiting factories. It will save valuable time and cost involved by providing virtual visits to distant factories. Virtual Training Experiences will improve the learning and retention capabilities because of its immersive and engaging properties. VR will also reduce the risk of accidents by creating a safe environment to learn, explore, and experiment. Modules will be developed with the collaboration of organizations that employ trainees from Training Institutes. Thus, our services will create an ecosystem where trainees will be taught the latest developments and techniques relevant to leading industry players. They will also develop a better understanding of the skills required, risks and opportunities that come with certain jobs. It will increase the chances of employment and reduce training time.
