The Mover Lab is a functional brain-health training company working at the intersection of neuroscience and movement. It has developed CORE·5, a system that objectively screens and trains the five interconnected brain–body systems that determine real-world performance — Cognitive, Ocular, Reactive, Executive, and Motor. The core insight behind the company is that output in sport, education, and knowledge work is decided less by physical fitness, study hours, or logged effort than by "Functional Intelligence" — the brain's ability to perceive, process, decide, and respond accurately under sustained load, fatigue, and time pressure. These systems are rarely measured or trained, and CORE·5 exists to close that gap. CORE·5 is delivered through two complementary hubs — a Psychomotor Hub and a Cognition Hub — and four assessment-and-training stations (nBASE, nCOURT, nFIELD, and nBOARD). The methodology isolates each capacity and then re-integrates them under pressured, task-realistic conditions, so gains transfer directly to competition, the classroom and exam hall, or the workday. Every program opens with screening and closes with re-assessment, producing a standardized Functional Intelligence Profile that converts brain–body performance into clear, comparable, and actionable data. The company operates on a strict Screen · Train · Refer charter and does not diagnose, positioning CORE·5 as a measurable performance system rather than a medical service. A single CORE·5 engine scales across five verticals — Sport, Scholars (Education), Corporate, Healthcare, and Active Aging — with only the tier, intensity, and emphasis changing.
