Once they agree to the price, the company will do the construction at that rate only. To block the price they need to pay some amount. Once they have paid the amount, complimentary designs will be provided based on which construction will proceed. The design and material are fully customizable. Its the first platform of such kind. The company has a unique algorithm to decide the best construction price for selected materials and requirements without any designs.
