There is a rising problem in India, where students need a quiet space to study and due to the lack of space in houses in India, they are finding it difficult to study. Students need such spaces and considering the population there are not enough government libraries to accommodate them. To solve this problem, Thinkers Nest was formed. Thinkers Nest was started in September 2022 in Virar which is a growing suburb of Mumbai with the idea of giving a comfortable silent space for students to study. We started with 40 seats in September 2022 in Virar and with the help of Facebook/Instagram marketing we started getting inquiries and admitting students. With continued demand and growing day by day, today in December 2023 we have grown to 250 seats and have opened a new Branch in Dadar (Central Mumbai) and are running with 100% occupancy. Our Pricing model is kept simple, we charge on a per desk per month which is taken in advance before allocating the desk. Our Current Pricing ranges from Rs. 2000 per desk per month to Rs. 3500 per desk per month depending on location. The Pricing includes Air-conditioned Space, Desk with Plug Points, Wi-Fi. The Amenities provided at our space is as follows: 1. Air-conditioned Environment 2. CCTV Monitoring 3. Comfortable Desk & Chairs for long studying hours. 4. High Speed Unlimited Wi-Fi 5. Snack Bar (Coffee/Tea/Snacks – Chargeable) 6. UPS Back-up 7. Discussion Zone for Student Networking 8. Lockers. Considering the demand and the need we are now planning to open more spaces in several pockets in Mumbai and have plans to take this to other cities in India. Our Aim is to build spaces in India which will help the Students to Study, Collaborate and Build a strong community for networking.
