ThoughtsArena powers a SaaS platform for recruitment, named Hyreo. Hyreo is a ML/Chatbot/NLP based SaaS platform for improving candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle. From sourcing to onboarding, the platform will aggregate and analyze candidate engagement data in real time to provide proactive insights on talent pipeline. Customers can leverage Hyreo as a data layer on top of existing legacy HRMS/Recruitment management software. The solution comprises of a candidate facing chatbot hosted on the corporate career page and a back-end data analytics/visualization engine. 1) The web based chatbot can make intelligent conversations with prospect candidates throughout the hiring cycle to 'push' relevant job information, application status, conduct skill assessments and 'pull' valuable feedback, ratings and sentiments. 2) The backend analytics engine will pull job/prospect information from existing HR/Recruiting management systems, analyze the conversational data and create actionable insights for HR leaders on enterprise talent brand, market perception and candidate propensity.
