Our venture is reimagining how systematic reviews and meta‑analyses are conducted in the biomedical and life‑sciences sectors. Today, researchers spend weeks navigating fragmented search tools, wading through thousands of abstracts, extracting data by hand and manually checking for bias. We are developing an AI‑powered, end‑to‑end platform that transforms this process. A single, intelligent query runs across PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane and Embase, automatically expands synonyms using PICO‑based vocabulary mapping, deduplicates results in real time and offers machine‑learning‑based suggestions for screening. Our hybrid extractor pulls data from text, tables and figures into structured datasets with built‑in human validation, and an ML‑augmented risk‑of‑bias module helps reviewers assess study quality. Early prototypes show that this approach can match human accuracy while dramatically reducing manual effort. Led by Dr Victor Ghosh and Dr Aman Bhonsale who are clinicians and researchers with expertise in biostatistics, machine learning and the Stanford Biodesign framework. We aim to make rigorous evidence synthesis an everyday habit rather than a labour‑intensive rite of passage. Our target users include students, academics, librarians and pharma R&D teams who need faster, more reliable insights. Looking ahead, the same core technology can support adjacent domains. The platform could monitor literature continuously for “living” updates, tackle diagnostic and prognostic reviews, generate network meta‑analyses and evidence maps, support cross‑language searches and incorporate real‑world data such as clinical registries. Beyond evidence synthesis, our roadmap includes tools to help draft guidelines, provide training and expose APIs so others can build on our engine. Our mission is to make high‑quality evidence gathering and interpretation effortless across the biomedical and broader research landscape.
