The Company proposes to operate as a media, entertainment and technology-enabled startup engaged in the production, co-production, distribution, licensing, marketing and commercial exploitation of films, advertisements, documentaries, music, web content, digital media, influencer content and other audio-visual content across domestic and international markets. The Company will provide end-to-end content creation, advertising, digital marketing, campaign management and post-production services, including editing, recording, dubbing and other technical services. It will also work with brands, creators, artists and content owners as an intermediary, agent or service provider for developing and commercialising media and advertising opportunities. Further, the Company intends to build and operate technology-driven digital platforms and marketplaces, including AI-enabled solutions, to connect brands, influencers and other media participants, facilitate content creation and media buying, streamline campaign execution, payments and compliance, and create a scalable and organized ecosystem for the influencer marketing, media and entertainment industry.
