We are a digital healthcare company, that can empower Patients to independently manage their lifestyle modifications. We plan to achieve this by providing Patients and Healthcare workers a comprehensive set of tools that can be used for regular or an ad hoc basis interaction between them. With the help of THT, Healthcare workers can advise, track and modify the diet, physical activity routine, and other determinants of Patient care through regular engagement and a well-planned extensive array of dietary plans and 3D simulations of physiotherapy routines. Additionally, THT brings together an associated network of services that eases the pressure and empower Patients, particularly belonging to the lower and middle income class, to effectively engage through THT to self-manage their chronic disease condition. Besides, we aim to create a healthcare ecosystem that will add significant value to wholesome Patient care and enable Healthcare authorities to efficiently tackle the challenge of chronic diseases.
