Who We Are - We are TourDeCollege Volunteers from Academic fraternity with our Industry Sustainability Leaders. What We Do - Idea here is simple, to further simplify Sustainability journeys of Schools and College communities and make Sustainability-mindset stronger among them. Why and What is the need ? - Today there is an increased amount of focus on Sustainability area in the Corporate world. Many Successful Organizations look for hiring human resources who are Sustainability-Aware and with right mindset to align better with their larger Business goals and Organizational values. Thus it becomes imperative for academia - to inculcate Sustainability mindset among wider academic society. They need to rethink ways and means to instill Sustainability-Awareness among their students (future human resources) and to Develop their mindset on how Businesses around the world are making changes in their operations and behavior to ensure Business systems and foundations are resilient and fit from Sustainability perspective. How we do this - We focus mainly on doing collaborative work with Students, Teachers and the wider Academic Communities with support from our Industry Sustainability Leaders.
