Strict environmental protocols on waste disposal etc on our trekking routes as well as upheaval of the rural community that lives in these isolated locales. Youth Adventure camp These adventure camps are carefully designed to provide teenagers with high quality, in-depth experience in a range of outdoor adventure activities, great opportunities for personal growth and loads of fun! These are not the traditional summer camps, but intensive adventure experiences geared to the abilities and interests of teenagers. Come trek through the mountains, rappel down rocks, gear up for an exciting mountain bike ride and learn all about back-packing and the essence of Leave No trace Camping as practiced all over the adventure world! Of course you will have a great time, build lasting friendships and help each person grow as an individual. This is what we consider as real adventure. The exciting things you would be doing at the camp are Outdoor Living in tents, Trekking, Orienteering with maps, Raft Building, Rappelling, Cook out, Outdoor Problem Solving Activities and Games, Wilderness First-Aid, Backpacking & Leave No Trace Camping, One with Nature including Nature Walk, Nature meditation, Discussions / Guidance Session after each activity Outbound Experiential Training is a training method for enhancing organizational performance through experiential learning. Outbound Experiential Training generally revolves around activities designed to improve leadership, communication skills, planning, change management, delegation, teamwork, and motivation. Participants are divided into teams and assigned tasks or activities for completion in a specified time. ​Achievement, performance and behaviors during these activities are reviewed through a process of discussion called debriefing, to identify behaviors that enhance performance or lead to failure or decreased performance. Strategies are formulated to deal with factors that hinder, and these strategies are then put to use in the activities that follow, to test their effectiveness and ultimately help the participants learn to change behaviors or processes back at work. In Outbound Experiential Training Sessions, the facilitator invites the group to achieve a goal, but does not explain how to successfully complete the activity. Participants must work to find a solution individually and together as a team, and must communicate and learn from each other in order to be successful. The Learning begins with the experience followed by reflection, discussion, analysis and evaluation of the experience. At T Quad we strongly believe that outbound training can be the key element of developing a tight knit, effective and high performance teams for your organization.
