We are a tiny player looking for a way to differentiate ourselves — to serve business customers better than the big software companies and other competitors do. So we (3 founders) got together with our individual expertise and exposure of different industries but with a common goal i.e., we are deeply committed to serving customers with the right solution. At Tracecost, we believe there is a better way to manage projects. A more valuable, less invasive way where key parameter such as time, money and efforts are within stipulated targets. We are obsessively passionate about it, and our mission is to help people achieve it. We focus on sticking to basics i.e., simple day to day activity which helps organisations reach their goals. It is one of the least understood and least transparent aspects of great management, and we see that as an opportunity: We are excited to simplify project monitoring for everyone through our software, education, and community. We have build an end-to-end customer service and branded it Tracecost®. We developed specialized expertise in project monitoring domain for the Indian Subcontinent. We vision ourselves to change the landscape of the way the projects are managed in the sub-continent. And as more and more customers will recommended us, we quickly shall lead that industry. Till date the Indian infrastructure industry functions with outdated tools and methodology which consumes huge amount of manpower, time and cash flow. Even if the business house has the resource it has to hire experts in project management firms which further adds more resources and the many complex tools, applications and databases that run on top of it. So we stepped in to help create a new market category: real time, simplified solutions for managing projects. The problem can be complex but the solution can be simple. This means our customers could get the world’s leading expertise and support, on their choice of the world’s leading technologies. The solutions is again customised keeping in mind the demographics and other key factors for the region. Our passionate experts combine the power of proactive, always-on service and expertise with best-in-class tools and automation to deliver technology when and how you need it.
