Our Start-up’s main objective is to promote Safe Tourism in India, bringing in transparency, increase in employment, boosting economy. The time in today’s world demands security, availability of authentic information on single platform, growth in business and building a high level trust with customers to facilitate them with all they need. Though the security being the biggest reasons, various businesses, individuals, sectors, states, cities have lost trust or are performing average or below, however there is a great need of increase in flow of current transactions. When various countries are giving advisories for safety precaution while traveling to India, there is rise in fear due to various factors, we want to fill this gap by putting up this platform to have an ecosystem where data mining for Tour Manger/Travel Guides across India and certification will be done from our end to make there travel safe for all. At present a majority of travellers give there requirement to travel agents who books these guides for group tours through unknown channels without verifying any details, or most of the groups travels without guides as they are not aware of the benefit of taking one along with them. In both the scenarios the tourists are targeted by touts or negative elements resulting harassment, loss of money, time or sometime very untoward incidents takes place. In this online app and website (platform) we will registering local travel guides from across country be it metro cities, tier-2,3,4 and all tourist destinations across country. Before putting Tour Manager/Travel Guides on our app/website our team which is specialised in profiling, will do back check for any wrong doing, reference check, documents verification and on satisfactory report will issue them a Unique ID and update them on system. There verified credentials will be uploaded on app, consisting of there name, age, qualification, experience, service rating, knowledge of places, languages they know, and area specific best suited sites and itineraries. This project will be promoted on tourist destination for registration and among tourist for both domestic and inbound travellers through various modes. The project will increase business not only for travellers but also for all inhabitants of tourist destination, hotels, transport, food and crafts etc. All of these will see increase in revenue. Updation of customer reviews, will further enhance the authenticity and benefit of the app. Benefits The Traveller – will be assured of safe and reasonable priced tour. The Guides – will get more business once they are registered. The Tour and Travel companies – As most of the tour operators engage guides through mediators and for any untoward incident, no one is ready to take the responsibility to sort it out, will be at ease to hire reliable Tourist Guides through us. Revenue generation – there are lots of options to generate revenue.
