Our product RippleHire changes how companies sources for talent. We believe it is not too much to expect one employee to help hire one candidate in one year. By gamifying the process of engaging employees, we are able to help them find good people jobs and have fulfilling careers. We have already helped hire over 20K employees and had a million candidates flow through our platform. Our mission is to have Indians help fellow Indians land jobs across tier 1, 2 and 3 cities in sectors like Finance and Insurance. By creating an innovative product, we are able to unlock employment by marrying recommended friends to roles in organizations.This results in discovery over mediums like WhatsApp for jobs among the youth in the country and discovery of talent for companies. Driving significant savings for companies in hiring resulting in wealth creation which they then use to hire in other areas as they move up in recruitment maturity. We also expect to hire a lot of employees once we establish the market. We are poised to be market leaders since we are creating the market in this space. Our solution is highly scalable given the technology architecture and we expect to help solve the problem of hiring not just in India but globally as well.
