Jobveno is a women powered startup in Kerala focusing on Blue collar staffing and launched with a noble cause . Many job seekers like workers, helpers, drivers, securities are not aware of the small job opportunities near them and go abroad and struggle. Employers like small shops and supermarkets cannot afford the recruitment costs. Jobveno.com- Solution to the above problem 1) Job seekers register without a resume. 2) Job seekers get to see nearby jobs in a map view 3) Job seekers can speak directly to the employer 4) Job seekers get a quick response regarding a job opening. 5) Customized candidate searches for employers 6) Employers pay lowest recruitment cost in the industry for hiring local resources 7) Value for money for employers The app was launched in July 2017. Jobveno.com crossed 65000 candidate registrations, 3000 employers and 7000 job listings. The figures are almost with negligible investment in Marketing.Just because of the social cause involved in the app, Jobveno.com was able to crack KSIDC funding within 1 year of operations. We are also getting good support from the media. As of now , we are focussed to Kerala, But our future plan is to expand to other parts of India and we have already purchased domains for the same. Within one year of operations our operating cost is almost breakeven. If supported well, Jobveno.com can be the noblest job platforms in India and it will defenitely be a revolution in Job searches.
