TRIM MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is a private limited company registered under the provisions of The Companies Act, 2013, on 20-11-2018. Its CIN No is: U22219GJ2018PTC105235. The company has its registered office at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We launched our acclaimed website on 25/01/2019. In the short span of nearly eight months, the portal has been blessed with around 1.10 lakh hits, 22,000 unique users, 89,500 page views and 2.59 page sessions per user. Our performance has been positively ranked by Alexa.com, a global ranking platform for competitive analysis, marketing mix and website traffic, which moved up Revoi.in from 4-crore plus rank in February 2019 to 21.05 lakh rank on August 25, 2019. Our company is also registered as MSME having Udyog Aadhar Number: GJ01D0167978. To take our portal to the next stage of evolution, we are now looking for: (1) Government-funding; (2) Private investment The company is being run and managed by the Board of Directors under the able leadership of Mr Vinod Dave, a very well experienced media and marketing professional. The Board regularly meets to review performance of the portal and also discuss way ahead. Mr Dave is Chairman and Managing Director of the company. He possesses a rich experience of more then 25 years in Gujarat, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra, in the field of journalism, digital media, media marketing, brand and research. He had worked with The Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Limited, The Hindustan Times Media Limited, Amar Ujala and MiD DAY, etc. Mr Dave conceived and developed the idea of creating an innovative news and content ( Digital Media) portal to bring out the real news and content about India and overseas to the public at large. He intends to bring authenticated, unbiased and impartial real news and content to the public. That is why he named the new digital platform as "REVOI", an acronym for "The Real Voice of India." It plans to emerge as a knowledge pool for what historians call “Greater India”—i.e. the countries in South and South-East Asia which have historically shared Indian culture and civilization in some way or the other. This region in Asia spreads from Afghanistan in the West to Japan in the East. In particular, Revoi plans to focus on member-nations of two regional groupings called the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) and the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral for Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC). Our objective is to encourage optimism, positivism and hope all along and bring to the fore brighter sides of the happenings. We focus on our content to be objective, unbiased and nationalist in nature. We strive to take advantage of being the First Mover in the space we identify as unique and we hope to be able to engage many people from India and overseas at the earliest. By the end of 2019, we plan to enroll 100,000 subscribers to our website. In the near future, REVOI plans to emerge as the top knowledge portal in a New India and the member-nations of SAARC and BIMSTEC. The idea is to make Revoi the preferred portal in all SAARC and BIMSETC nations. The SAARC members are: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The BIMSTEC members are: Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Thailand. We will use the Revoi platform to create knowledge groups for an integrated development and growth of India as well as its neighbourhood. He has a proven track record of 35 years, serving the Hindi daily Naidunia, news agency UNI and leading business daily The Hindu Business Line. Mr. Anand Shukla is our Editor (Gujarati). He is a prolific writer and journalist with 20+ years of experience in the field. Earlier, he was employed with GSTV. In addition, we have an in-house team of 4 content writers/developers and around 12 free-lancers. We are in the process of restructuring the portal and running it in three shifts. We have an agreement with the RUTAM- a content aggregater for content sharing.
