The Problem We Solve: India's infrastructure, agriculture, and land surveying sectors require millimeter-level precision, but access to high-quality GNSS RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) technology is often limited by a lack of integrated deployment and specialized technical support for local topographical challenges. Our Innovative Approach: Tronex is an advanced surveying technology company currently operating in its core Market Validation and Deployment phase. Rather than acting as a traditional trader, our core team of 5 provides end-to-end technical deployment, integration, and specialized support of advanced GNSS RTK devices for B2B clients. We actively collect on-ground geospatial data and user-experience metrics from these current deployments. This critical operational phase is funding and laying the data foundation for our primary objective: the indigenous, in-house R&D and manufacturing of custom GNSS RTK devices tailored specifically for Indian conditions. Scalability and Employment Generation: Our business model is highly scalable. We have already generated high-skill employment for our initial core team. As we transition from our current technology-deployment phase into our full in-house manufacturing and software development phase, we project scaling our workforce to 20-50 direct employees. This will create specialized roles across hardware engineering, software development, technical support, and HR, directly contributing to wealth creation and the "Make in India" initiative.
