Our company is a social innovation enterprise dedicated to solving India’s pressing challenges in agricultural productivity and organic waste management. Originating from a poultry hatchery's struggle with discarded eggshell waste, we developed a sustainable model that transforms organic waste—eggshells, cow dung, dairy by-products, and kitchen scraps—into value-added products such as biofertilisers, fish feed, and calcium powder. By converting environmental liabilities into agricultural assets, our model boosts soil health, supports aquaculture, and provides an ethical, profitable reason for farmers to retain their cattle post-lactation—reducing distress selling and animal slaughter. Our approach not only promotes circular economy principles but also empowers rural communities, increases income sources, and fosters eco-conscious farming practices.
