Ultramax Sahasra Energy Pvt Ltd is a high-technology startup set up by the Sahasra Group and Baruch Holdings, UK. The startup is positioned as an indigenous ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) that designs, develops, and manufactures next-generation, high-reliability Battery Packs, AI enabled Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Accessories. The solution will offer intelligent energy management solutions for EV’s, utility-scale and distributed Renewable Energy Storage Systems (RESS). Our core technology stack integrates advanced battery chemistry profiling, multi-layered electronic hardware architecture, intelligent firmware, IoT-enabled remote monitoring, and edge-computed Machine Learning (ML) & AI algorithms for predictive health analytics. Engineered to endure diverse global terrain and extreme climatic conditions, our products support multiple chemistries including NMC, LFP, Sodium, Silicon All products will undergo rigorous testing to comply with stringent Indian and global standards including RoHS, CE, BIS, AIS-156, IEC 62619, UL 1973 & UN 38.3. The intellectual property (IP) and proprietary designs will be registered and owned in India, fully adhering to the Make in India (MII) and Atmanirbhar Bharat norms. The commercial rollout of the first product lineup is slated for November 2026.
