UNBOXSPACES LLP
Mumbai, Maharashtra
In their own words
UnboxSpaces drives growth from design and execution of converting old shipping containers into optimised living spaces. With a background of engineering, management and finance, the team of three founders are driving growth in the space of recycled living - from creating homes to offices, to retail outlets, from schools to mobile hospitals, from pre-fabricated homes to large housing complexes and from developing cold rooms for small farmers to creating large industrial workshops. Although the range is high, we are focussing on developing retail, homes, resorts and cold storages at this point. Recycling of old shipping containers will help us keep our CO2 footprint in check. The biggest advantage for a buyer of our solution is providing more time to market as projects can get over at a very fast pace, compared to traditional construction. Secondly, it can help reduce costs (particularly that of slabs). The second part of the business is to design and develop effective retail solutions for dark stores - reducing their time to store, pick and delvier.
