We are a Engineering and Management Consultancy Services Company providing our services to analyze, boost and catalyze the desirable outcomes, defining KPIs, providing feedback and set up mechanisms in place. We are also creating a one stop solution for customers and hoteliers in offbeat destinations via an online B2B market place. This will help hoteliers source the best possible materials and service and enable customers get access to multiple service providers like hoteliers, transporters, activity guides etc The business of offbeat tourist destinations is highly fragmented and dominated by very small hoteliers and home stay providers (service providers). We are working on three aspects 1. Enabling tourists book offbeat and less visited destinations- The absence of online bookings and information about stay or recreation at offbeat destinations is among the primary reasons, why tourists are less interested in these destinations. We are bridging this gap so tourists’can book stay and a complete experience like Yoga, medication, clay modelling, trekking, rafting, paragliding 2. Enabling locals with employment generation or wealth creation- One aspect of our business connects the local people willing to work in tourism and related sectors connect with prospective employers. It includes both- unskilled/ semiskilled employment options. 3. Enabling locals provide better services to tourists by skill and facilities development – The B2B market place has a section dedicated to sellers of hotel merchandise and services so the hoteliers can source the material of optimum quality that is otherwise not available in these offbeat destinations. 4. Opportunities for locals not directly connected - with the help of “Women for India”, we are creating SHG to train locals in semi-skilled work of housekeeping and cooking to create better employment opportunities.
