A Model is primarily import substitute technology innovation in welding industry. By using Orbital weldigTechnology new welding machine and allied products were manufactured which is working efficiently for increasing productivity and also a cost effective for small and large industry as compare to existing imported.machineries available in Indian market. Products Product range includes Orbitron 6000, Orbital Weld Heads, Orbital Cutter, Tube Facing Machine. Demand in international market also increasing for such unique technology so export of sale is also increasing which result in to inward of foreign currency in India. Secondly, employment generation model is also one of the prominent aspects of organization. Organization was conducted FREE training session of above innovation for 700 new people in last 2 years. After the training sessions which rank them higher in eligibility helping them make a fast forward connection with recruiters, which can garner higher income too. Many of them started their own entity in welding industry and become prominent businessmen and creating job opportunity in their organization. Under “Make In India” mission manufacturing industry require lot of skilled and semi skilled employees. Organization is aim to train more than 10,000 people in coming 3 years for supporting to our Prime Minister model - Make In India. As awareness of Orbital Technology will increase in India, demand for trained people will also get increase. Innovation of OrbitalweldigTechnology was already awarded by CII & G.S.Parkhe award. This technology was also appreciated by BEL which is from Indian Navratna Company.
