As we scale our operations, we'll be able to recruit 50-100 more employees within a 6 month period. Since it is a digital business we’re looking to recruit employees (mainly talented fresh graduates) PAN India. We don’t require employees on-premise. Recruitment can be done with ease using our own softwares to make onboarding new employees faster than ever so it doesn't matter where the employee is located. And since the digital industry is continuously booming due to Covid-19 we’ll be able to broaden our services within an year enabling us to employ more people for handling the business operations.Our Rapid Business Innovation framework is a faster, better, tested way to re-invent and execute the ‘new normal’. For the initial months, since the business takes place digitally we’ll be bootstrapping. After 4-5 months we’d be looking to scale up with VC funds for recruiting more employees PAN India. We're agile to adapt to and keep pace with changes in customer demand, technology potential and market context.
