We at UpSkul, create and provide very affordable and high-quality industry-relevant professional education on engineering and product development to core engineering (Non-IT) industry and individuals through our online platform. Our courses are pre-recorded and intended to reach mass audiences. We are not an e-learning company, we are an online institute with complete control over the quality of the courses. All of our courses are made by collaborating with very experienced and accomplished domain expert engineers. The combined industrial experience of these lecturers in any given program easily exceeds 200 years. Anything like this does not exist today in the core industries. UpSkul programs enhance the competency of young professionals to the level of specialists within a few months. Our affordable and high-quality courses will change lives. UpSkul will also help the industry by cutting Graduate Engineer training time from 1.5-2 years to only a few months for our business clients. Developing skills for product development human resources has never been easier and faster for the companies. In India, 60% of all engineering graduates are from core field (non IT) the rest of the world is also not very different. This huge market is highly underserved. That's why only ~8% of engineering graduates are considered fit for core jobs. Traditional academics are not enough anymore. Our current focus is the automotive industry. It is among the biggest R&D spender and employer. Almost every major Auto OEM has announced large R&D investment in India. Supply of competent engineers is a big challenge. Our courses are truly global due to the geographical diversity of the faculty panel and we can penetrate international markets almost simultaneously, limited only by marketing expenditure and regulations. After concurring auto sector, we will go for Aeronautics, Defence, Energy, Locomotive, Shipbuilding, Heavy machinery, Industrial Automation, Construction, Electrical, embedded hardware and many others. We see an ocean of opportunities waiting to be explored.
